If you believe that your copyrighted material has been posted on our site without permission, please follow the procedure below to submit a takedown notice pursuant to the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA).

DMCA Withdrawal Notification

If you are the copyright owner or an authorized representative and believe that content on our site infringes your copyright, you may submit a DMCA notice by providing the following information:

  1. Identification of copyrighted work Provide a description of the copyrighted work you believe has been infringed.
  2. Location of offending equipment Indicate the URL of the material on our site that you believe infringes your copyright.
  3. Contact information Please enter your name, address, telephone number and e-mail address.
  4. Declaration of good faith Add a statement that you have a good faith belief that the use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent or the law.
  5. Declaration of accuracy Add a statement that the information contained in the notification is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the owner’s behalf.
  6. Signature Add a physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or a person authorized to act on the owner’s behalf.

Upon receipt of your DMCA notification, we will investigate the case and remove or disable access to the offending content, as appropriate, in accordance with the DMCA.

Counter-notification

If you believe that your content has been removed in error or that you have the right to use this content, you may submit a counter-notification. Please include the following information:

  1. Identification of removed content Provide the URL of the hardware that has been removed or deactivated.
  2. Declaration under penalty of perjury Add a statement affirming in good faith that you believe the content was removed by mistake or misidentification.
  3. Contact information Please enter your name, address, telephone number and e-mail address.
  4. Consent to jurisdiction Add a statement to the effect that you consent to the jurisdiction of the court having jurisdiction in the district where you reside or, if your address is outside the United States, to the jurisdiction of the court having jurisdiction in our district.
  5. Your signature Add a physical or electronic signature.
