At IPTV África do Sul We believe in the quality of our products and services. Our primary objective is your satisfaction, and we work diligently every day to ensure a seamless experience.

However, we understand that issues may arise, and we are committed to resolving them with transparency and fairness. Please find below our refund policy.

1. Eligibility for reimbursement

1.1 Total repayment :
If you are not satisfied with your purchase or if you encounter a problem that renders the service unusable and we are unable to resolve it within 48 hours, we will gladly issue a refund.

Requests for reimbursement must be made within 72 hours from date of purchase. Requests submitted after this deadline will not be eligible for reimbursement.

1.2 Partial repayments :
Refund requests made after the initial 72-hour period, but during the active subscription period, may be partially refunded according to the subscription time used. Our support team will contact you to resolve any refund request.

1.3 Refund period :
Refunds will be processed between 20 and 90 working days depending on the payment provider. We do our best to initiate the refund upon receipt and verification of the request, but please note that delays may be beyond our control due to payment processing times.

2. How to request a refund

To request a refund, please follow the steps below:

  • Include your order ID in the subject line with the title: “Refund Request”.
  • Describe the problems encountered and provide a reason for the claim.
  • In some cases, we may request additional information or evidence to better understand the problem.
  • You will receive a response explaining our findings and decision regarding the claim, ensuring full transparency.

3. Conditions for Refunds

3.1 Compulsory technical support :
Refunds for technical problems will only be processed if you give us the opportunity to remedy the problem. If we are unable to resolve your problem within 48 hours of receiving your support request, we will provide a refund.

3.2 72-hour refund period :
Refund requests must be submitted within 72 hours following your purchase. After this period, no refund will be granted, unless our service is unusable for more than 48 hours due to problems caused by our services.

3.3 Refunds for credit card payments :
Refunds for credit card payments are usually processed and credited to your account within 20 to 31 working days. In some cases, this delay can be as long as 90 daysIPTV África do Sul is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment providers.

4. Exceptions to refunds

No refund, total or partial, will be granted in the following situations:

User configuration problems :
If you are unable to configure your device or system, we offer the best possible support. However, we cannot give refunds for configuration problems, as we are not responsible for external equipment or devices beyond the defined configuration steps.

Temporary problems with chains :
Some channels may experience temporary interruptions, such as freezes, slowdowns or malfunctions. These often temporary problems can be caused by :

  • Fluctuations in your Internet connection.
  • Problems with your device or configuration.
  • Problems with your Internet Service Provider (ISP).
  • Temporary incidents on our servers.

As these problems are generally temporary, no refunds will be given. Our engineers are constantly working to resolve them.

Change of Opinion :
No refund will be made if you change your mind after purchase or if you decide to cancel without encountering a technical problem with the service.

5. Compensation for Prolonged Interruptions

If you are unable to access your IPTV subscription for more than 48 hours due to a problem caused by our services, we will refund the full amount of the package or extend your subscription to compensate for the time lost. In addition, we may offer a bonus to compensate for inconvenience, to be discussed on a case-by-case basis.
